说明：当对于一个问题或者要求来说，回应是符合期望时，法语短语Bien entendu是一种礼貌的说“当然”的说法。

例句：

-Avez-vous lu le rapport ?-Bien entendu !
-Did you read the report? -Of course!
-你读了报道了吗？-当然！

-Pourriez-vous m'aider à porter les valises ?-Bien entendu, monsieur.
-Could you help me carry the suitcases?-Of course, sir.
-您能帮我拿一下箱子吗？-当然可以，先生。

Bien entendu也可以用在表示某些事情状况很明显或者理所应该的时候，比如：

Il faut que nous travaillions ensemble, bien entendu.
Obviously, we need to work together.
显然，这需要我们共同工作。

À l'exception, bien entendu, des enfants.
Except for the children, of course.
当然，孩子们除外。

Bien entendu, il est parti tôt.
He left early, of course.
很明显，他很早就离场了。

Bien entendu还有一个类似的表达，即bien sûr。两者不同的是，后者可以与que oui或者que non连用而前者不行，且后者相对来说没那么拘谨正式，用法更加灵活。

Bien entendu (或者只是Entendu)也可以表示“同意，理解”的意思。

-Je ne veux pas parler de ces questions.-Bien entendu.
-I don't want to talk about those issues.-Understood.
-我不想谈及这些问题。-我懂的。

Il est bien entendu que + 从句表示“很明显的是，要知道”，比如：

Il est bien entendu que vous travaillerez tout seul.
Of course it's understood (of course you understand) that you'll be working alone.
很明显，你将一个人工作。

Il est bien entendu que l'accès à mon bureau est interdit.
It must be understood that my office is off-limits.
要明白，我的办公室严禁进入。

注意：Bien entendu并不一直是一个固定短语，当动词entendre（意思：听见，明白）或者s'entendre（与……相处）进行过去时变位的时候，这时bien是一个副词。

Est-ce que je vous ai bien entendu ?
Did I hear you correctly?
我是否听清楚您的话了？

Il s'est bien entendu avec les autres enfants.
He got along well with the other children.
他和其他的小朋友相处得很好。

小编注：Entendu或者C'est (bien)entendu也可以表示“说定了，一言为定”的意思，比如：

-Venez ce soir vers sept heures. -Entendu.
-你今晚7点左右来。-一言为定。
