Alexandre Vialatte，1901-1971，法国作家。曾为Les Nouvelles littéraires、Le Crapouillot和La Nouvelle Revue française做过编辑。此后又挖掘出在翻译方面的兴趣和才能，尤其1925开始疯狂喜欢卡夫卡，为这位作家的作品翻译和推介做出了卓越的贡献。
Vialatte擅长德翻法，至1954为止翻译了将近15位德国作家的作品。其中有Nietzsche、Goethe、Brecht、Thomas Mann、Hugo von Hofmannsthal、Ernst Ludwig，还有Gottfried Benn。
2011年，法国中部著名地方报《La Montagne》发起了 « 2011-Année Vialatte »，在Jean-Pierre Caillard的倡导下还创办了« Prix Alexandre-Vialatte »。
