ob Responsibilities
 
General 
a.Monthly evaluate employees fairly: award performing employees & penalize staff making mistakes
b.Train managers/supervisors of each department to act responsibly: manage staff, establish good communication levels, delegate workload properly, evaluate HR needs & setup HR plans if necessary
c.Perform any other task assigned by CEO & Board of Directors
 
1.Finance
Manage all finance daily activities within the company and its subsidiaries (FC Electronics & ID-RF):
a.Construct & inspect in time all Financial Statements, including government standard report & headquarters’ report
b.Assist French headquarters to do the ALTYOR group’s consolidation for the company & the COFLEC group’s consolidation for FC Electronics
c.Create & enforce finance’s internal procedure: define employees’ reimbursement rules, exchanges between currencies, etc.
d.Prepare & submit cash weekly report & assist to arrange cash flow with Purchasing Dept. & CEO
e.Assist AR accountant to push for payment from customers 
f.Prepare & be responsible for company’s yearly audit & inspection
g.Develop ERP system’s implementation & improvements
h.Provide & check the financial reports & issues of 4 of the group’s other companies
i.Advise CEO & Board of Directors on optimizing the company’s gross & net profits
j.Develop & maintain good relationships with the government officials: tax bureau, etc.
Team of 5 accountants to manage.
 
2.Human Resources
Supervise, inspect & follow-up all HR activities within the company:
a.Make sure that recruitments are made in time, including foreign employees’ recruitments
b.Provide HR manager support for salaries & social insurances payment tables
c.Setup new HR working procedure
d.Establish & follow-up training plan 
e.Review employee’s handbook & company’s rules and modify / verify their validity with company’s lawyer & local labor regulations
f.Monitor the issuance of new regulations from various government offices & represent the company during communication with them
g.Define & implement companies’ social activities with HR manager 
TEAM to manage: 1 HR manager
 
3.Administration 
Management & inspection of all Administration activities within the company:
a.Make sure that the company’s IT & network equipment is well taken care of & maintained
b.Ensure that the company is secure & well guarded / monitored: guards, cameras, etc.
c.Monitor distribution of office stationary & labor protection equipment 
d.Follow-up repairs to be done within the company’s premises
e.Develop & maintain good relationships with local government agencies & administration bureaus 
NO team, this part of the job is very light.
 
Job Requirements
 
1.Expert in Chinese Finance & Accounting, as well as tax policies
2.8 years experience in Finance and accounting
3.Experienced in group Corporate Finance & Consolidation 
4.Strong knowledge in HR & Administration Management, policies & labor regulations
5.Solid professional ethics & team spirit
6.Strong sense of responsibility, leadership & problem solving
7.Able to work efficiently under great pressure
8.High command of oral & written English is a must
9.Good social & employee’s management skills
10.Skilled in ERP software YongYou U8 is preferred
