Si on veut parler français sans partir d’Amérique du Nord, il n'y a pas d'endroit meilleur que la province de Québec. Pendant un séjour de trois nuits à Montréal，il y a plusieurs années avec ma femme et nos deux ados, nous avons découvert à notre grande surprise une ville qui est vraiment bilingue.
如果我们想不离开北美就能练习说法语，没有比魁北克省更好的地方了。几年前，我妻子孩子和我在蒙特利尔度过了三个晚上，这个真真切切的双语城市给了我们大大的惊喜。
If one wants to speak French without leaving North America, there is no better place than the province of Québec. During a stay of 3 nights in Montreal several years ago with my wife and our two teenagers, we discovered to our great surprise a city that is truly bilingual. It’s a perfect place to practice French.
Pendant notre première après-midi, nous sommes entrés dans un petit restaurant italien, qui était très accueillant et charmant, pour déjeuner. Quand la serveuse est venue à notre table pour prendre notre commande, mon fils et moi l’avons saluée en français et ma femme et ma fille l’ont saluée en anglais. Elle nous a demandé si nous préférions qu’elle nous parle en français ou en anglais. Je lui ai répondu que mon fils et moi préférions parler en français mais que les autres préféraient parler en anglais. La serveuse a ri et nous a dit « oui, bien sûr » et elle a fait exactement ça pendant le reste du repas.
在第一个下午，我们走进了一家小意大利餐馆进行晚餐，服务员非常好客热情。当服务员走过来准备取走我们的点餐单，在我的儿子和我用法语打了招呼的同时，我的女儿和妻子使用了英语。我对服务员解释，我和儿子偏爱法语，而其它人偏爱英语。服务员笑了并说“好的，没问题”，然后在之后的用餐她也确实是这么做的（双语服务）。
During our first afternoon, we entered a small Italian restaurant that was very inviting and charming for lunch. When the server came to our table to take our order, my son and I greeted her in French and my wife and daughter greeted her in English. She asked us if we preferred that she speak to us in French or in English. I responded to her that my son and I preferred to speak French but the others preferred to speak English. She laughed and said, “Yes, of course”, and she did exactly that during the rest of the meal.
Avec de nombreux musées merveilleux, des parcs et des jardins abondants, et des bâtiments historiques, il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire à Montréal. Mais, un des sites qui était très intéressant pour nous était l’ancien site des Jeux olympiques d’été de 1976. Il y a un arrêt de métro près du parc olympique et nous somme sorti du métro là-bas.
这里有很多非常棒的博物馆，公园，小花园还有那些历史建筑，总之在蒙特利尔有很多事可做，很多值得看的风景。但是最让我们感兴趣的是1976年夏季奥运会遗址。在奥林匹克公园旁有一个地铁站，我们就从那里出来。
With numerous wonderful museums, abundant parks and gardens, and historic buildings, there is much to see and do in Montreal. But one of the places that was very interesting to us was the former site of the summer Olympic Games of 1976. There is a metro stop near the Olympic park and we got off the metro there.
L’ancien stade olympique est le plus grand du Canada. Son architecture est vraiment unique et on est immédiatement frappé par la tour imposante . On peut monter au sommet de la tour par un funiculaire et accéder à un observatoire. De là, on a une vue époustouflante du centre-ville et des environs de Montréal.
古奥林匹克遗址是加拿大最大的遗址。他的建筑师真的是独一无二，我们立即就被那威严的高塔震撼住了。我们可以做缆车登到塔顶，进入观景台。在那，我们看到市中心的景色令人震惊，几乎可以看到整个蒙特利尔。
The former Olympic stadium is the largest in Canada. Its architecture is truly unique and one is immediately struck by the imposing tower which overlooks it and which partially supports the roof. One can go up to the summit of the tower by a funicular and reach a vantage point. There, one has an astounding view of Montreal’s downtown and the surrounding area.

After our descent from the tower, we wandered through the botanical gardens, the insectarium and some other attractions.
Plus tard, en cherchant quelque part à manger, nous sommes tombés sur un resto qui faisait la promotion de plus de cinquante variétés de poutine. Nous n’avions jamais entendu parler de la poutine (
Poutine_(plat)). C’est un plat de frites qui sont couvertes de fromage ou de sauce ou de quoi que ce soit le chef décide de mettre dessus. Nous avons essayé plusieurs variétés de poutine et nous les avons trouvées copieuses, originales, et c’était amusant de manger un truc absolument québécois (bien que très touristique).
之后，在找个地方吃饭时，我们正巧走到了一家做五十多种干酪浇肉汁土豆条促销展的餐馆，我们从来没有听说过干酪浇肉汁土豆条。这道菜会将干酪热熔后浇在土豆上，或者再浇些汁水，具体浇什么都是由主厨决定的。我们尝试了很多种类，非常丰盛独特，来吃这些典型魁北克菜肴真是非常有趣（虽然也很旅游商业化）。
Later, while looking for somewhere to eat, we stumbled upon a restaurant which offered more than 50 varieties of poutine. We had never heard of poutine. It is a plate of French fries which are covered with cheese, sauce, or whatever the chef decides to put on top. We tried several varieties of poutine and found it very hearty, original, and it was fun to eat something absolutely Québécois (although very touristy).
