负债部分的结构比较清晰，我们就先来看看负债（La dette）

我们看到Dette主要可以分为三类，借款（La dette financière）、经营性负债（La dette d‘exploitation）和其他负债（La dette divers）。 

借款（La dette financière），这个项目下主要是长期负债，从financière（财务的，金融的）这个词可以看出，这类负债主要是因融资借款行为产生的，而且这类负债是需要支付利息的。 

经营性负债（La dette d‘exploitation），这个项目下主要是流动负债。从exploitation(经营）这个词可以看出这类负债是在经营中产生的。 

其他负债（La dette divers），divers有多样化，各种的意思，从名称就可以看出这个项目下记录的是除以上两类负债外的负债部分。

 

按照流动性来看，La dette financière也可以译为长期负债，La dette d‘exploitation和La dette divers同为流动负债。
